Reservation Procedure

For confirmation of your reservation at the hostel contact Customer Service contact by phone.
The debit on your card and the confirmation of your reservation and we will also send you an email within 48 hours.
If you wish to make the payment of your reservation by bank deposit or transfer, mention this option in the "Special Requests" of the reservation.

Check in from 14:00 hs
Check-out until 12:00 hs
Late check-out will be charged a fine equivalent to 20% of the daily rate

Children and extra beds

Free! One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Free! 1 child under 2 years: will be accommodated free of charge, for 1 cot, duly requested not to reserve
02 children under 5 years old not even parents room, will be charged accommodation as 01 adult.
Children from 06 years will be charged normal rate (additional adult + 30%).
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is only available on request without reservation and properly confirmed by the hotel.

Pets

Pets: not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- For cancellations, kindly contact us, through the email contato@pousadachezmax.com
- For payment with credit cards, due to operational and reimbursed financial resources:
* 100% of the amount paid if the cancellation to work within the 30 day period of making the reservation and 15 days in advance of the check in, destinations at the source of your credit card.
* 80% of the amount paid if the cancellation to work within the period of 30 days after making the reservation and up to 7 days in advance of the check-in data, direct at the source of your credit card.
* Less than 7 days before the start of the lodging - total loss of the amount paid, there is no refund of amounts paid.
* After 30 days of realization of the reservation will be refunded or full amount, discounted 12% non-refundable expenses (card administration fee + taxes) provided that forums of one of the above propositions. The refund will be made to a checking or savings account in the name of the holder of the reservation.

- For payment in cash or by deposit / transfer in current account due to operational and reimbursed financial resources:
* Up to 30 days before the start of the accommodation - free of penalty, 100% refunded discounted communication expenses and bank fees.
* Between 29 and 15 days before the start of the lodging - a 20% fine on the amount deposited.
* Between 14 and 7 days before the start of the offer - 25% fine on the amount deposited.
* Less than 7 days before the start of the lodging - total loss of the amount deposited.
In case of early check-out or abandonment of accommodation after the same initiate, no refund is granted.
